In 1996 we arrived on the Gold Coast as young and enthusiastic chefs from Ireland. We went straight to work at some of the areas most reputable five-star establishments. It was on the Gold Coast that we were introduced to the healthy and clean flavours of Asian cuisine. After two years we made the journey to Sydney and started Z-events Catering.
